What we have no source for.

62 of the 173 declared sites have no paper behind them. They were not overlooked — they are marked as such in the code, and a test makes sure that marking cannot quietly disappear. Here they are, one by one.

The three reasons are not the same thing. For some values no literature exists and we needed a number anyway. Some are convention and do not present themselves as measurement. And in some places the literature says a distinction does not hold — so we build nothing there, which is equally a decision that ought to be visible.
