What this work gives Aellic
The published Nutri-Score algorithm in its current version. The thresholds and the fruit and vegetable bonus of the Aellic Health Score follow this specification. Note that there are TWO documents — foods adopted on 2022-06-29, beverages on 2023-02-01 (beverage report: https://www.santepubliquefrance.fr/sites/default/files/rdd/document/Update%20report%20beverages_31%2001%202023-VOTED.pdf).
Correction of 25 July 2026
The NOVA-4 penalty does NOT belong to this source: a full-text search of both official reports finds neither “NOVA” nor “ultra-processed” even once. Nutri-Score has no penalty for degree of processing — that is Aellic's own addition and must not be attributed to this source.
The entry on the register was wrong. It was not replaced but kept — with what holds instead standing next to it.
